The 2011 CIECI Spring Conference took place on May 4, 2011 in Washington, DC.  The event was a half day forum in sharing best practices in ethics & compliance in the construction industry.  The event directly followed the Construction Industry Round Table’s (CIRT) 2011 Spring Conference, which was also held at the Fairmont Hotel.
