Bruce E. Grewcock

Bruce Grewcock joined Kiewit in 1982. He was named President and COO in 2000, becoming the seventh Kiewit president since the original company was founded in 1884. Mr. Grewcock was named CEO in 2005. He earned a B.S. in Mining Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines and completed the Stanford Graduate School of Business Executive Program. Under Mr. Grewcock’s leadership, Kiewit has continued its growth and diversification, providing construction and engineering services to a variety of markets including transportation, buildings, water resources, power, underground, oil and gas, electrical, mining and marine. Kiewit is one of the largest privately held, employee-owned companies in North America and a Fortune 350 company.

Richard Wallace
Vice President - Compliance, Zachry Construction Corp.
Chair, CIECI Working Group
Richard Wallace serves as the Vice President, Compliance for Zachry Construction Corporation, with responsibility for Corporate Compliance, Supplier Diversity, Internal Audit and Records Management departments.
Richard uses his 30 years of construction industry experience and previously held leadership positions in Zachry Construction, including Vice President, Administration, Director of Advanced Technology Services, Director of Field Accounting to help the company succeed in all areas of its business.
Richard received his Bachelor of Administration degree from University of Texas. He has completed executive programs at the University of Texas Austin and University of Texas San Antonio. Richard also has chaired the United Way corporate campaign for several years.
Richard is married with four adult children and in his spare time enjoys playing golf.
